I understand that the VK academic license will function for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase. I agree to adhere to these restrictions and accept that failure to comply with these terms will result in an immediate termination of my license, and I will have to purchase a new COMMERCIAL license from Virtual Katy. I acknowledge that continued usage of a terminated license is illegal, and Virtual Katy can claim damages equivalent to the full value of a commercial license."
